All of our staff have worked or have experience in the pet industry; we trained our staff up to European and American standards and invite clients to come and ask questions and seek advice before purchasing anything. Pets Plus offer a huge array of dry goods for your pet, whether it’s a quick trip to buy dog food or advanced equipment for your marine aquarium; we aim to offer a huge amount of choice with great advice. Our store caters for everything a pet might need such as, food, bedding, toys, grooming products, herbal treatments, cages, carriers, perches, vitamin additives and many more. We also believe in stocking reputable brands that we trust in and use ourselves, Royal Canin, Science Plan, Kong, Tetra, Seachem, New Era, Harrisons……
Pets Plus offers a huge choice of pets from small Gerbils to exotic Parrots, we recommend customers to seek advice before purchasing, to understand the pet’s welfare and maintenance needs. Pets Plus Quarantine Policy makes sure that we never sell a sick or unhappy animal, that’s our policy!!! We have quarantine facility for every animal. All the pets are put under quarantine before display. If you wonder why? Well like humans, pets need a rest bite to make sure their in tiptop condition. We also have a walking policy; as soon as a puppy is old enough they are straight on the lead ready for their adventures outside.
Pets Plus have not designed a grooming rooms but a spa for your pet!! The spa has a luxury bath tube for a relaxing soak and with a therapeutic message. The groomer styles the pet on breed type and client request, we use luxury shampoos and condition. We also invite the client to have a consultation, to review skin type, allergies and any abnormal skin complaints before proceeding with any treatment.

Our fish and corals systems have been designed to show and educate, the best way of looking after your aquarium, we want to promote ethical and responsible ownership of fish. Underwater Environments Aquariums is part of the Pets Plus Group and specialize in custom-built aquariums with after sales maintenance services. The company offers a one to one service that helps client’s design, build and look after their dream aquarium.
